Las comadres Membership Form

Please fill out the following form in order to receive your invitation to join the listserv for your area (the invitation is a requirement of the yahoo groups listserv, who is our current host. It has nothing to do with acceptance into the Las Comadres System Network)

You should receive an initial invitation to join to which you need to reply so that you will start receiving notices from Las Comadres Yahoo groups. If you have a Hot Mail email address, please be sure to check your spam and bulk mail folders for the initial invitation as well as any Las Comadres Yahoo group notices.

There is a centralized membership coordinator who will forward your request below to the appropriate city/state coordinator. Please allow a maximum of 48 hours to process your request. If after 48 hours you have not heard from us, please be sure to contact us or check your spam and bulk mail folders for the initial invitation.

In order to better serve you, please fill out this form when you need to change your physical address, your email address, or any other information. So that we don't have to figure out what has been changed, please tell us what changes you made in the comments section.
